History[edit | edit source]

The Scheedukt are the product of hundreds of years worth of labor and quarrying constructed ever since the mid-second era. While the techniques used to construct them are still known, Bermans in the contemporary age do not have the labor and resources required to optimize these systems' efficiency or recreate them.

New workshops siphon water from these Scheedukt using smaller systems, though the Greater Forum of Bermandy injects itself into this process in order to manage the water flow.

Description[edit | edit source]

The Scheedukt are aqueducts which carry snowmelt from channels down the mountains and distribute them to well-sized towns in Bermandy. They are primarily constructed from stone, though at certain heights the bridges may have components made of ice. At various points, steam channels filtered beneath the aqueduct channels prevent the water from refreezing. Compared to Gallanon , these systems are in better condition.

Importance[edit | edit source]

These systems provide water to the overwhelming majority of Bermans, making them vital to well-being. Often, too, roads follow the Scheedukt, and these systems may even serve as bridges.
