History[edit | edit source]
The Hersse-Saardremel Passage was constructed in 3E 794 as a joint effort between Hersse and Saardremel, two emerging rival workshops.
Description[edit | edit source]
The passage is a marvel of engineering and accomplishment in Bermandy, a stable mountain passage which tunnels through one of Ulyssa’s widest mountains. Supports of stone brick and logs line the passage, and the interior features carvings which depict the famous and influential. One individual is chosen every ten years or at the behest of the highest in the Berman Greater Council to be carved into the passage.
Importance[edit | edit source]
The passage has not only closed the distance between the two cities-- the journey which once took five days now takes two hours-- but has resulted in greater collaboration and a more productive rivalry between the two cities, despite their differences.
